1.1. wizzy serves solely as a platform connecting drivers and passengers and does not provide transportation services itself.
1.2. Drivers publish a digital business card, specifying their areas of operation, availability, and contact details.
1.3. Any payment for a shared ride is made directly between the driver and the passenger, with no involvement, responsibility, or mediation by the website.
1.4. All transfer of funds is made at the sole discretion and responsibility of the parties, without any instruction, demand, or recommendation from wizzy.
1.5. The website does not check the legality of rides or the eligibility of drivers to carry paying passengers. Each driver is responsible for complying with legal requirements.
2.1. All users are required to act legally, fairly, and respectfully.
2.2. Drivers must provide accurate and up-to-date information in their business card, including a car photo and areas of operation.
2.3. Passengers must treat drivers with respect and courtesy.
2.4. Drivers declare that they hold a valid driver’s license, vehicle license, compulsory insurance, and up-to-date vehicle inspections, as required by law.
3.1. wizzy is committed to protecting user privacy – information provided will be used solely for operating the platform.
3.2. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without express consent, unless required by law.
3.3. Contact between passenger and driver takes place through the website or via the public contact details provided by the driver.
4.1. Any payment for a shared ride is made directly between the driver and the passenger.
4.2. wizzy is not a party to any agreement between driver and passenger and is not responsible for the payment process.
4.3. Digital business cards for drivers are available free of charge, except for certain paid services.
5.1. wizzy is not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers and accepts no liability for damages, losses, or malfunctions arising from use of the platform.
5.2. wizzy accepts no responsibility for any issue, mismatch, or dispute between drivers and passengers, including payment matters.
6.1. wizzy reserves the right to update these Terms of Use from time to time.
6.2. Any changes will be published on the website and will be binding upon all users from the time of publication.
6.3. It is recommended to check this document regularly.
7.1. Any user may stop using the platform at any time and without prior notice.
7.2. wizzy may remove users who violate these Terms of Use.
8.1. Use of the platform is free for drivers and passengers. Payment for special services will be coordinated in advance and in accordance with legal invoicing requirements.
8.2. Any payment for rides between driver and passenger – is not the responsibility of wizzy.
